About Jessica Young

Jessica Young is a Program Coordinator here at New Horizons. She started out as a Business and Technology PC Support at Port Charlotte Vocational College in Port Charlotte, Florida in 1998. She attended a nursing program at Fort Meyers vocational college in Fort Meyers, Florida in 2003 and then Edison Community College in 2004 and High Tech University where she received a degree in medical billing and coding in 2009. in 2019 Jessica graduated from Vanderbilt’s Volunteer Advocacy Project (VAP) and is a State of Tennessee Disabilities Advocate.

Jessica has been a part of the New Horizons team for 3 years and has 10 years of experience in the intellectual and developmental disability community.
