New Horizons focuses on ABILITIES: with quality support, adults with disabilities can lead fulfilling lives. We provide a wide variety of programs and supports to help individuals be as independent as possible in safe and comfortable environments.

New Horizons PROVIDES individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities with:

  • High quality care for behavioral needs

  • Oversight of medical needs

  • Employment opportunities and job support (including training)

  • Daily community-based activities and outings

  • Community-based and assisted living opportunities and support

  • Independent living skills

  • Acceptance and friendship

We SUPPORT them physically and emotionally, we help them find abilities and recognize their potential, and we teach them basic life and job skills.

We ADVOCATE for their rights, help to create inclusive and integrated communities, and champion their ability to live independent and fulfilling lives.
